Hi, I’m Eva, a New York City–based tattoo artist, illustrator, and painter.

Art has been a part of my life for over 20 years. I studied art in New York for more than a decade, including at Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts, and later majored in Illustration at the School of Visual Arts (SVA).

Before becoming a tattoo artist, much of my practice centered around nature illustration and painting. Over the past decade, I have illustrated and published six books exploring nature, wildlife, and the relationship between people and the natural world. In 2023, my work was presented in the solo exhibition “Nature & Me” at V.O Curations in London.

My background in painting and illustration naturally carried into tattooing. My tattoo work is primarily inspired by nature, traditional woodcut imagery, and East Asian ink painting, combining expressive blackwork, fine lines, texture, and negative space.

Animals, birds, flowers, mountains, water, and landscapes frequently appear in my work. Rather than simply placing an image on the body, I enjoy considering how a design moves with its placement and leaving enough breathing room for the piece to feel natural and balanced.

Alongside my original flash, I welcome custom projects—especially pieces connected to nature, memories, places, family, or personal stories. I love taking an idea and translating it through my own visual language into something made specifically for the person wearing it.
